More Than a Pilates Class

We started Epoca Pilates to bring Southeast Texas something people were always hearing about but rarely had the opportunity to experience close to home. Group workouts —especially mat Pilates—has always been a passion of mine, and I realized I could create something fun, welcoming, and accessible for our Latina community, and also for a community of women who want something fun close to home.

Every event is planned with so much love and intention, and we're incredibly grateful for the support we've received from both our community and the amazing brands that believe in our vision. This is only the beginning. We have so many more events ahead, and we can't wait to meet, move, and grow with as many of you as possible.
